Dr. S. Robert Bylciw has practiced orthopaedic surgery at the Johnston Orthopaedic Center in Smithfield, North Carolina since 1985, and sits on the Board of Commissioners. He holds his certification with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Bylciw is a member of the Johnston County Medical Society, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Southern Orthopaedic Association, the American Medical Association, the North Carolina Society, the Eastern Orthopaedic Association, and the American College of Sports Medicine.
Prior to his time at the Johnson Orthopaedic Center, Dr. Bylciw started his practice at the Nash Orthopaedic Center in Rocky Mountain, North Carolina. In 1979, Dr. Bylciw completed his residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in surgery. He received his degree in medicine from the University of Rome School of Medicine in Rome, Italy in 1976. He graduated with his B. S. in Biology and Chemistry from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York. |
