Your order is shipped via UPS or USPS, depending upon the size and weight of your order as well as your location. The rate of delivery is determined by you at the point of sale.

Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address that you provided, with the UPS tracking number. You can log on to www.ups.com, enter your tracking number in the appropriate space, and find information about the status of shipment.

Your order will take two days to process and ship from our warehouse. Depending upon the delivery address, shipment could take an additional 1-5 days for deliveries in the continental United States.

If one of your items is temporarily backordered, the rest of your order will be shipped without delay. The receipt sent with each order will show items not shipped. If a back order is shipped to an address in the continental United States, you will not be charged a second shipping charge. If an item is temporarily back ordered, you will be notified by e-mail of this situation.

If your product arrives damaged in any way, we will replace it free of charge upon the receipt of the damaged product. Original outbound shipping charges are non refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your products, your product will be accepted for return, provided that no more than 10% of the product has been removed. We do request that you return any unused portion of the product to us by USPS First Class Mail within 30 days of your purchase. We are unable to reimburse for return shipping, however we are happy to refund 100% of your purchase price for the item you are returning.
