Recommended Use

TO PREPARE:  Stir 1 packet (5 grams – Essential Formula) or (7.4 grams - Premium Formula)
into 8 ounces of your favorite flavored beverage until dissolved and drink once daily. The formula may settle.
For best results, take with food and do not leave any residue in the glass.

1 SERVING DAILY is recommended for:

• Under age 50
• All females age 18 and older
• Family history of Osteoarthritis
• No family history of Osteoporosis
• Athletes, or anyone who performs strenuous activity daily
   

2 SERVINGS DAILY is recommended for:

• Osteoporosis
• Osteoarthritis
• Chronic joint pain
• Over age 50
• Vitamin D deficiency
• Family history of Osteoporosis
